PRIVATE PILOT ONLY

Privacy Notice

Draft — not a final public privacy policy. Before launching with real customers, Realignite must identify the legal operator and contact details, complete its data-retention and deletion procedures, assess applicable Australian privacy requirements and obtain legal review.

Data collected during the pilot

First name, last name, email address, password hash, terms acceptance, privacy acknowledgment, age self-declaration, marketing preference, game-room participation, played cards, votes, comments and reports. No images, private group chats or payment details are collected in this pilot. The public solo demonstration uses fictional examples and does not require registration or store gameplay results.

Who can see your information?

Other players see your first name, game participation and comments. Your last name, email address and marketing preference are restricted to Realignite's owner dashboard. WTF Cards answers are anonymous during voting and are attributed after the results appear.

Previous pilot data

Records collected in earlier private pilots may remain in the server database under the existing retention policy, but the venue-enquiry form and next-day After Party invitations have been disabled. The site does not send those follow-up emails.

Marketing choices

Marketing consent is separate and optional. It is not preselected. The current prototype stores your choice and does not send marketing email. You can change the choice in your account. Administrative exports must not be treated as permission to market to people who have not opted in.

Security, retention and your choices

You can leave a game room and report another player. Account deletion and data-retention controls are not yet fully implemented. Do not use real personal data for public events until these controls and this notice are complete.
